I heard about Earl's Tires from my dad (originally). He said if you bought tires through this business, they would give you free rotations for the life of your tires. I started going to the location on 2nd Ave because that was in my home town. Eventually, that place closed and I had to go to the one on Hickman. Lo and behold, I run into a family friend that runs that business with his cousin and I have been working with John ever since. Great business. Great men. Hard workers. Great products. Great service. Affordable.

My experience here is always the best, so good that I want to post this review to let others know. The owner and the employees are thee best, open, HONEST and super friendly. They always go way above and beyond. I have been getting my tires from Earls for years as they are the best and always work around you to cater to you. They have best prices on tires, rims etc... They help you find the right tires for you! Their service is the best around. Just recently I drove over a screw and it punctured my tire right in the thread. This was the second time I did this (different tire). The first time Earls got me in and fixed the puncture like it was nothing and my tire was like brand new! They are only ones that have ever fixed a puncture and fixed it right and not tried to upsell me! Earls are thee experts! They do what Is best for the customer. They saved me time and money on a new tire. Another tire shop wanted me to buy a new tire on this second puncture because they could not fix it. So this second time I got this new puncture the night before I was heading out of town I was leaving out of town the next morning so I needed it fixed fast. Earls was closed as it was almost 6 pm. I was stuck so I decided to take it to another tire shop (I totally regret) as they were open, I took it in as need it fixed as going out of town in AM and they said the repair to fix was free. At this other tire shop, I waited around and they came out later and said they could not fix it as had a prior repair to it from a screw (impossible). So this other tire shop, they went into trying to sell me 4 new tires for $1,200 or 2 tires for $500. Then they tried to sell me alignment for more money too. I said no thanks. So I took it to Earls (the only ones that I truly trust) first thing when they opened in the AM. They got me RIGHT in without an appointment! I was in and out and on the road out of town. Amazingly fast They fixed the flat and they fixed it right! These guys are PROS, fast and efficient. I really appreciated it! I was in and out seriously fast. Earls were the only ones that were open and honest that they could fix it and not try to bait and switch me like other tire shops. They confirmed that I did NOT need a new tire. Easy professional fix for Earls. They also confirmed that the tire was never patched/fixed before. The other tire place was not truthful. I was shocked. Earls is not a corporate chain. It is a local business and they take care of their customers with the best prices to top it off. Earl’s Tires West is thee only place to go!!!! Support Earls as they are a local business where they have ties and invest in the community and they truly care about you!! Thank you Earls!! Sincerely a customer for life.

Talked with Ryan on the phone about getting my Silverado leveled. Ryan was able to answer my questions and concerns, got my truck in within a couple days of calling, and had it done by the time I requested. My truck not only looks better than stock, but also rides better and the alignment couldn't have been better. Quality work and quality customer service.
