Earl's tires West is your go to place for honesty and trustworthiness! Not only are their price is great but their willingness to take care of the customer is unmatched. They took care of me on two separate occasions at no charge replacing a valve stem. Thought I had some bad tire pressure sensors. The light had been going on and off on my dash. They tested everything and then informed me kindly that I was over inflating my tires. I was reading the sidewall instructions wrong. They changed out the other two valve stems (preventative as they are original 13 years old at no charge) and sent me down the road. I couldn't believe it and I'm ever so thankful! This is the place you can send your grandmother for new tires and they will take care of her and not overcharge her!!!! Can't rate these guys highly enough!!

In 2019 I got wheels for my truck and specified I do not want them sticking out (offset) but after I drove away I noticed they were sticking out. So on dirt roads my paint gets chipped. They said they’d call me when they got my black lug nuts in. They never called me and I got sick of calling about it.
Update 4/25/25 the owner reached out to me six months ago wanting to get the correct lug nuts on. Better late than never. Solid fella, who had some poor luck with an employee. Five star business.

Recently purchased new Michelin tires for my wifes vehicle. Worked with John to get a quote. He was very informative and didn't try to upsell on other services. The price they gave was super competitive. I was in and out in under 45 minutes, which was exceptional. The showroom is SPOTLESS. Seriously, you could eat off their floors, though not recommended. Highly recommend these folks.
